The Alabama State Council on the Arts will honor eight outstanding Alabamians at the “Celebration of the Arts” awards ceremony on Wednesday, May 24, 2017 at 7:30 p.m. The event will take place at the Alabama Shakespeare Festival, located at 1 Festival Drive, Montgomery.
