Devyani Dance Center Closing

On July 27th we were forced to close the doors on Devyani Dance Center due to another flooding incident. This time it was due to a burst pipe. We are currently looking for rentalspace and will let you all know ASAP when we have a new location andschedule for classes.Thank you all for your support of the studio over the last 6 years. Devyani's Annual Holiday Hafla at Devyani Dance Center

December 12, 2009 from 7pm to 10pm

Devyani's Annual Holiday Hafla will take place on this Saturday, December 12th at 7:00pm. Join us for performances by Devyani and students as well other local area dancers. As always, there will be refreshments and an open dance and music circle at the end of the event. This is our biggest party of the year and we look forward to seeing everyone there.

Bewitching Music and Dance with Devyani Dance Company & Raquy and the Cavemen at The Bottle Tree Cafe, Birmingham, AL

November 13, 2009 from 7pm to 10pm

Join us for a night of Bewitching Music and Dance when Raquy and the Cavemen from New York return to Birmingham with their exciting brand of hard rocking middle eastern music. The show will open with performances by Birmingham's own Devyani Dance Company with special guest Carolena Nericcio from San Francisco and Awalim Dance Company from Atlanta. The dancers will also perform live numbers with the band during the show.
