- Learning Balkan Folk Dancing. Birmingham International Folk Dancers meet regularly every Tuesday, 7.30 to 9.00 PM at the JCC at Montclare Road. We have great instructors and anyone can come in. Please join us! Lessons are free, if you are not a member at JCC, there is a $2.00 cover charge.
