•Liturgical Dance- A form of dance that exemplifies the creative and expressive movement through spiritual worship, biblical foundations, and inner inspiration from God. 

•Contemporary Dance- A form of expressive dance that combines elements of several dance genres including modern, jazz, lyrical and classical ballet. Contemporary dancers strive to connect the mind and the body through fluid dance movements, versatility, improvisation, and floor work.

•Mime Dance- An art form of dance that combines hip hop & locking technique that speaks without verbal communication. Through this art, your facial features and gestures are your speech. When you add the painted white face along with music, you get a form of communication that is dramatic and engaging.

Fitness Classes

•Gospel Aerobics- This inspiring class offers various routines and exercises in body-conditioning and flexibility to promote overall health for the human body moving to the latest gospel hits.
