A conversation on increasing awareness and building effective advocates for the arts and humanities in our great state. A panel discussion bout the important role of arts, history, and culture in Alabama will follow a keynote address by Charles McCrary, President and CEO of Alabama Power Company. Panel Participants include: Al Head, AL State Council on the Arts Bob Stewart, AL Humanities Foundation Ed Bridges, AL Dept of Archives and History Gail Andrews, Birmingham Museum of Art Shirley Spears, B.B. Comer Memorial Library T.C. Coley, Tuskegee Human and Civil Rights Multicultural Center Visit the website or call to register, $20 (includes lunch)
