Announcing a new aspect to the Alabama Dance Festival, the Alabama Screendance Festival! In addition to presenting invited films, we are excited to accept submissions of dance on camera to be considered for presentation during our Alabama Screendance Festival on Friday, January 24, 2020. Applications will be adjudicated by a selection committee that is looking for thoughtful, innovative, and well-executed screendances that integrate the aesthetics of dance and cinema. This year's Alabama Dance Festival will also include 'Intro to Screendance' class sessions.
