The Alabama Youth Ballet will hold company auditions for the upcoming year for current and new members. Ages 12 - 19 may audition for the Senior Company to be placed in this exciting family-oriented group of dancers. Students will learn about professional and educational aspects of a dancer's life through performance opportunities and community outreach. Members receive exclusive preparation and counseling for college dance programs and dance careers. Students ages 8-12 will be admitted to the Junior Company upon choice at enrollment. Audition fee is $10 for everyone. No pointe required. Those en pointe please bring pointe shoes. Boys welcome! No previous dance experience required. Photo by Hish Hands Photographs.
