AROVA Contemporary Ballet is currently accepting choreography submissions for our 2016 Choreographer's Showcase! Choreographers interested in setting their work on AROVA dancers for the 2016 Choreographer's Showcase can begin submitting their resumes and video clips of choreography to arovacontemporaryballet@gmail.com from September 1st to October 26th, 2015. Please submit contemporary ballet pieces that you'd like to set on the company or work that is similar to a new piece you'd like to create. The winner of the Choreographer's Showcase will receive a paid contract to commission a new work for the company during AROVA's following season. Choreographers will be notified by November 2nd and if there work is chosen, rehearsals will run from November 6 - February 14. AROVA's 2016 Choreographer's Showcase will be at the Dance Foundation on February 19 - 21.
