Dessertissements is the annual fundraiser by the Alabama Youth Ballet Guild for the Alabama Youth Ballet Company. The event features a silent auction, desserts and wine, entertainment by "Fiddlin' in the Parlor" and a performance by the Alabama Youth Ballet Company. The dancers will give a sneak-preview of their upcoming Spring Dance Concert pieces, including a new work by renowned teacher and choreographer Stevan Grebel. The Junior Company will perform jazz, lyrical and a new piece by Dmitri Roudnev. Items for auction include a weekend at SeaChase at Orange Beach, Chocolate Lover's spa package from Santa Fe Day Spa, Red Light Therapy package from Tan Zone, art items, jewelry, and more. Both organizations are 501c3 organizations and donation by bidding is tax-deductible. Advance tickets are $20 per couple or $12 per person and may be purchased from Alabama Youth Ballet Guild members and at Grebel Center for Dance.
