Saturday, March 13 - St Patrick’s Day Barbecue and Dance Fundraiser to Benefit the Family (Wife and two children) of slain Pelham Police Officer Phillip Davis. Officer Davis was killed in the line of duty on December 4, 2009. The OLCC Knights of Columbus are donating the proceeds from the dinner and dance to the Davis family. Barbecue dinner provided by the church and music provided by the Birmingham Swing Dancers. Come on out, have some great barbecue, fun dancing and raise money for a good cause. Casual attire. Schedule for the event is:Place: Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, 980 Huffman Road, Huffman 35215Time: 5 - 7 pm Barbecue Dinner $7Time: 7 - 7:30 pm Irish SingingTime: 7:30 - 10:30 pm Dance $5 (Triple Step Swing lesson at 7:30)
