Garden Dance Summer 2010Birmingham Botanical GardensI thought about conducting traditional dance classes at the Y, but upon suggestion, opted for straight structured and contact improv! That means no formal dance training required, wear or bring athletic shoes in case the surface requires. Themes of improv will be suggested by the Southern Living Garden.Materials will include worksheets on garden design principles and motifs, compositional techniques and expressive arts ways of entering into the soul of landscape design.Dates: Saturdays in June and July [June 12, 19, 26; July 10, 17, 24]8:30 - 11:30 / there are some excellent shady areas in the BBG!$10/hour = $30Meet in the Southern Living GardenBring partner/friend!!
