Birmingham Ballet is proud to present Hansel and Gretel at the BJCC Concert Hall February 28-March 1. This adventure has everything... It is a great mix of humor, eccentric characters, colorful images, exciting choreography, magical sets and a triumphant happy ending! The ballet is set to the music of Humperdink’s masterpiece which features rich orchestrations and memorable melodies. Hansel and Gretel is a group favorite with ballet newcomers and long-time fans. Enjoy a sweet savings when you bring a group of 15 or more. Bring your dancers to see this production as an excellent visual representation of fable literature. The cast features area professional dancers as well as members from the local dance community.
