Jefferson County Memorial Project and Abroms-Engel Institute for Visual Arts will co-host a unique art focused JCMP Training on May 28th, in preparation for the opening of AEIVA's Exhibit, “Why?” by Mary Frances Whitfield, which will open on May 31st.
Attendees will:

Train each other in how to be trauma informed discussion leaders and discuss this history in respectful and intentional ways

Create advocacy plans to help grow our coalition

Give feedback and ideas for what they want to see from JCMP as we move forward
