MindBody Dancer™, as developed by TaraMarie Perri, is an alignment-based,breath-focused style of yoga for anybody interested in cultivatingsustainable pathways of the body and mind. Classes are thoughtful anddetailed, educational and expressive, as they flowingly pair energeticimagery and anatomical themes.
In this welcoming class, the warm up will foster the breath as the meeting groundfor physical and mental clarity. The class will continue withsteadily-paced postures to build heat and safely connect to each pose'sbenefits. To round out the class, modern dance combinations that movethrough the space will be practiced. This class emphasizes body andspatial awareness, centering and moving rhythmically. Class is takenwith bare feet and is taught by Alisa McCool.
