The Birmingham Swing Dancers are hosting a swing dance on Friday, July 24 at the Fultondale Friendship Hall, 1024 Old Walker Chapel Road, Fultondale from 8:00 – 11:00 pm. Music will be provided by the well known Edd Jones Orchestra out of Huntsville, Alabama. The orchestra is a big band composed of talented and versatile musicians specializing in music for swing dancing and known for their ability to please the varied tastes of the dancing public. The band has earned an enviable reputation for dynamic instrumentals and unique vocal styles. Admission is $11 for BSD members, $13 for non-members. Light snacks, soft drinks, water and ice are furnished. Casual attire. No alcohol or smoking is allowed in the Friendship Hall.
